I had a marvellous time, and can honestly say it was without doubt the nicest convention I've ever attended. Friendly people, smashing guests, and a hotel that bent over backwards to be helpful. I met a lot of old friends and had so many complimentary comments from the attendees... you've had a great success!!
Steve

What a wonderful convention. I've been to two others in the past but these were so small and so long ago I don't count them as conventions, therefore this was really my first and what a way to start!
The event was well organised and more importantly well run. The stewards did an amazing job and worked unbelievably hard all weekend (please pass on my personal thanks to Brian - what a star! Thanks for keeping me entertained 'Serge' and just remember my tin and I are at the head of the queue next year!). The re-planning of the event that evolved with the weekend due to unforeseen problems showed that as organisers you really cared about the fans having a great time, where you could've easily just sat back and thought 'well the stars are all here so sod it'. So again a big THANKYOU, and here to next years Regenerations and many, many more.

Have just arrived home from the best convention I have been to in years! What a brilliant weekend. Great guests, loads to do and were the Marriott staff fab or what? Well done guys for a first class job,you both deserve a long good rest. l will definately be back for more next year.many thanks and all the best to the best.
Stefan

Just like to thank you for arranging such a fantastic weekend! You should be very proud of yourselves.!! I've not enjoyed myself so mauch for ages. It was my first one and I was really looking forward to it - and boy the wait was worth it!!! Roll on next year!!!
Mark

Just a short note to say well done, and thanks for a great weekend! I hadn't been to a convention for about 15 years, and it was the first one my wife had ever been to. But she enjoyed it so much she's already trying to arrange a babysitter for next year!
Chris

Thank you so much for a fantastic convention, the guests you had were second to none, and I cannot praise you enough for the content of the event or the way it was run. I would like to add that of all the conventions I have attended, both home and abroad this was by far the best. Also can I say a big big thank you to the chief steward Brian, he was everywhere, organising both the two autograph queues and the photographs fantastically well, he spoke to all us fans brilliantly and took a genuine interest in what we were having signed and what we thought of the event, constantly updating us. I have never ever seen or met a steward who was so knowledgable, funny, friendly and fair to fans ever before, without doubt he must return next time, even the guests loved him. I cannot wait until next year, regenerations is the greatest show on earth, well run,fun and quite simply THE BEST EVER.

We just wanted to say a quick 'thank-you' for all your hard work in organising 'Regenerations' 2005. We've been to loads of conventions over the years (arguably far too many!) and we both thought it ran very smoothly and that the hotel itself was very well-chosen. Unlike a number of hotels we could mention, you didn't get the feeling that the Marriot regarded the convention as an inconvenience. And managing to actually keep to the timetable is something that very rarely seems to happen! Well done indeed!

Just wanted to quickly e-mail you all and say a HUGe thank you for a fab weekend. I was very impressed with how many guests you procured. They were all excellent but it was a pleasure to see Matthew Waterhouse over here. I don't think he goes to many conventions and I thought he was very witty and friendly. The whole con was very professional and I will def consider coming to your next one. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved including the hard-working stewards.
Elaine

Just wanted to drop you a note to say WELL DONE on a fantastic convention. It was only my second one but I had a terrific time. I really liked the friendly and professional manner of both the hotel staff and the stewards. The stewards were outstanding, I was very impressed to see them helping those with visual and physical disabilities. They were on the ball the entire time. If I was struggling back to the panels with my hands full with drinks someone would notice and open the door. They were so helpful and smiling the entire time. I can't praise them enough. I assume they are fans too and it was terrific of them to give up their time to help out.
Matt
